Original Soursop Bitters: Follow the directions and precautions on your current bottle. Do not use a bundle name or bottle count as a dosing schedule. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about suitability if you take medication or have a health condition.
15-Day Cleanse: For occasional use only. Take 1–2 capsules at bedtime with at least 8 ounces of water, for no more than 7 continuous days, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Days 8–15 call for additional fiber and water, not continued daily capsules. Do not repeat for at least 6–8 weeks.

Does “30-Day” mean I take Cleanse capsules for a month?
No. Neither the bundle name nor the “15-Day” Cleanse name is an instruction for 30 or 15 consecutive capsule days. Capsule use is limited to seven continuous days; days 8–15 call for additional fiber and water.
Can I repeat the Cleanse every month if I subscribe?
No. The label says not to repeat for at least 6–8 weeks. A monthly delivery option is not a monthly-use recommendation. Choose a purchasing schedule that does not override the label.
Are the capsules vegan or gentle for everyone?
No. The capsules contain bovine gelatin, senna and cascara. They are not vegan, and suitability depends on the label precautions and your circumstances. Review the full cautions below.
Is a subscription required?

Ingredients, directions & precautions
Original: A soursop-leaf botanical bitters blend. A complete, current label is still needed to verify the full formula, amounts, serving directions, storage and precautions. Follow the bottle supplied with your order; no precise dose or supply duration is claimed here.
Cleanse: 30 capsules. Per 2 capsules: senna leaf extract 285 mg, cascara sagrada bark extract 300 mg, psyllium husk 300 mg, flaxseed 100 mg, aloe vera leaf gel concentrate 80 mg, Lactobacillus acidophilus 50 mg, licorice root extract 50 mg and MCT oil 14 mg. Other ingredients include bovine gelatin, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and rice flour. Not vegetarian or vegan.
Cleanse precautions: Contains senna and cascara sagrada. Do not exceed the label dose. Take with a full glass of liquid; inadequate liquid may cause choking. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing, abdominal pain, diarrhea or loose stools. Not intended for pregnancy, nursing or anyone under 18. Consult your physician if you have a medical condition, take medication, or develop rectal bleeding, abdominal cramping or failure to have a bowel movement after a laxative. Keep away from children; do not use if the seal is damaged. Store cool and dry. The facility may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish.
